Neuro-Linguistic-Programming

NLP is the systematic study of human performance. It is a unique model that teaches people how to learn, how to motivate themselves and change their behavior. NLP is an integration of neurology, psychology, linguistics and systems theory.

NEURO: all of our experiences, both conscious and subconscious, are derived through and from our senses and central nervous system.

LINGUISTIC: language and other nonverbal communication systems through which our neural representations are coded, ordered and given meaning. It includes pictures, sounds, feelings, tastes, smells and words.

PROGRAMMING: the ability to discover and utilize the programs that we run (our communication to ourselves and others) in our neurological systems to achieve our specific and desired outcomes.

In other words NLP is how you use the language of the mind to consistently achieve specific and desired outcomes. It is a method of therapy that teaches people how to use their brains, thus teaches skills that promote positive change and generates new possibilities and opportunities. It is an extremely flexible tool kit that can help with a variety of issues including: anxiety and stress, arts and creativity, sport enhancement, confidence, dyslexia, phobias, education, relationships and much more.
